Congratulations to Accertify on the American Express Acquisition!

November 21 2010

I just wanted to congratulate my former colleagues at Accertify, Inc. for their acquisition by American Express this month! Accertify Will Become Part of AmEx in $150 Million Deal Nov. 4, 2010 American Express Co. on Thursday announced it will pay approximately $150 million to buy a software startup in suburban Chicago whose product lets online merchants automate order screening for fraud. June 26 2008

PSC was mentioned in the June 16th, 2008 Chicago Sun-Times in an article about Accertify, the fraud protection firm that PSC is involved in. "We have been able to use them and have the resources of a much larger company with the cash burn of a much smaller company," Liesendahl said. Nice article. Congrats to the Accertify and PSC folks!
